Our method
We regularly benchmark against the best relevant knowledge and examples in the world. We also work in accordance with best practice management principles. We will explain these in detail on request.

A crucial goal of our approach is that your organization experiences lasting positive effects from our advice. This means that the knowledge that is acquired by your organization during the assignment is adopted and made your own, so that this knowledge is still in the organization when we are gone. This structural knowledge transfer is important for a sustainable continuation of your organization and is therefore part of our approach.
Our teams
To meet your specific needs as a client, we work with teams of professionals with different backgrounds and qualities. We work with top teams, because teams can do much more than individuals, both in quality and quantity. The composition and size of the team depends on the assignment, sector and theme so that we can provide the right advice tailored to your needs.
However, each of our professional teams is also supported by a highly experienced mentor (a guru/Johan Cruijff in his or her field) who provides the teams with external advice: everything to provide the customer with good service.
In addition, each team has a project manager who is the daily point of contact for the customer and the team is further supplemented with consultants.
